Stephen Hampe
founded
The Hampe Company, Inc. in 1986 in his hometown of St. Louis,
Missouri. Mr. Hampe transferred his eighteen years of
experience as an entrepreneur (he successfully developed and
sold seven companies in an array of industries) to service
clients facing similar issues and challenges he had
encountered. Believing in the value of a nimble team and a
customized collaboration with clients, Mr. Hampe has added
very selectively to his staff. Each member brings special
talents and experience to a particular engagement; all embrace
the same standards of dedication and responsiveness.
The Hampe
Company clients have been diverse in enterprise. They include
manufacturers, financial services, software development
companies, publishers, consumer package goods and
distributors. Engagements have involved strategic and capital
planning, sales training, inventory control, systems planning
and automation, acquisitions, recruitment of senior
executives, new product introductions, process improvements
and many more.
In 2002,
The Hampe Company introduced a specialized team to focus on
the top-line performance of client companies. The team is a
fusion of business strategists, entrepreneurs, financial and
sales/marketing experts who are skilled in identifying new
sources of
revenue growth.
